Cascade has launched a fun new series of videos on YouTube by Alyson Hannigan of “How I Met Your Mother” TV fame on the topic of being a new mom – and a working actress mom!
The videos resonated with me as a working mom who multitasks like a mofo way too much, plus I wanted to try out Cascade’s ActionPacs. I’ve been buying generic dishwasher powder and the last kind I HATED. I felt like the dishwasher needed to be run one more time. I’m generally someone who will gladly buy store brands, but generic dishwashing powder can be iffy. Cascade’s ActionPacs work great and I don’t feel like I need to rerun the dishwasher. (GAH….who wants to do that?)

My husband and I try to share the responsibility of doing the dishes.
We share the duty, but not at the same time. We have very different ways of loading the dishwasher. I have learned to walk away when I see my husband starting to rearrange the things I had already put in. As far as unloading, my 2YO loves nothing more in life than unloading the dishwasher. Seriously.

Hubby and I share the dishwashing duty. Yay for good mother-in-laws who teach their sons to HELP around the house! We both would LOVE some brand-name detergent packs!

I live with my fiance and our friend. We rotate who does dishes. It makes everyone responsible and no one has all the dishes everyday. Works very well.
I do all the dishes, by hand mostly! The dishwasher is for when we have company or a big baking/cooking day uaually!

I do the dishes! My oldest son helps put them away and my 2 year old son helps by starting the dishwasher
I used to do the dishes until we finally got a new dishwasher! Now my husband can load it and I can trust that the dishes are properly washed! LOL…perfectionism kills, I know!
I do the dishes, because I’m just funny about how they should be done, but my husband unloads the dishwasher. I don’t know why, but I can not stand to empty that thing! ha! Thanks!
