Little Debbie 100 Calories Of Goodness Giveaway

When Little Debbie e-mailed me asking me if I’d like to try their new 100-calorie snack cakes it took me all of about 1.2 seconds to say yes.

She’s a temptress, not to mention she’s a Tennessee girl like me.

All kidding aside, I’ve always been a sucker for Little Debbie Nutty Bars (please…no bad jokes) and since I am fighting the uphill battle of losing 10 pounds of baby weight (and my “baby” is 4 years old) I thought it wouldn’t hurt. I come from a long line of Southern women with a major hankering for sugar. Little Debbie also offers 100-calorie chocolate cakes. And who can resist chocolate cake?

Little Debbie’s new 100-calorie snacks features two new flavors in addition to chocolate and yellow cake: lemon and cookies & creme. The little lemon cakes are my favorite, while cookies & creme are my 7-year-old’s favorite. The 4-year-old seems ambivalent. I don’t know what her problem is. The only thing I don’t love about the 100-calorie snack cakes is their size. They are tiny, but they are the perfect size to toss into a lunch box. And with only 100 calories, you won’t feel guilty cheating on your diet with a Little Debbie, no pun intended.

Little Debbie has a full line of 100 calorie snacks. I tried the 100 calorie Nutty Bars at the Blissdom conference here in Nashville earlier this year and they were awesome. Nutty Bars and me? We go way back. Plus lucky for me one of my two girls does not like peanut butter so that just means more Nutty Bars for me. Mwaa ha ha ha.
