My little miss sunshine turned 16 this month! It’s hard to believe she is already there and that she is so near to being a woman. Her father and I couldn’t be more proud of the way she is growing up and all the good choices she makes in life. She is very talented and smart and I know that she will do good things in life.

Perfect example why my 5YO daughter is our little miss sunshine: she went with my husband and our son to the touch-a-truck exhibit. Her favorite part? Twirling around the pole in the double decker bus. Ahem, the double decker party bus. With a pole. Ewww.

My son and his wife live with me because I don’t need a big house for myself. Along with them we now have 7 dogs (new puppy today), 11 cats, 3 guinea pigs, 4 rats, 5 aquatic turtles and who knows how many fish. Guess what I do all day!
