I am a big fan of hand painted, unique items for my girls’ rooms (and for our house) and I love to support mom-based businesses, so I was excited to review Oh So Spoiled, a cute website founded by a 2nd grade teacher and mom.
Founder Cara Carroll launched her business in 2007 after the birth of her second son. She offers a variety of unique, fun accessories for the home including handpainted banners, perfect for teachers’ rooms or birthday celebrations:

Cara paints beautiful custom letter canvases, perfect for adding a creative monogram to the wall in your child’s bedroom, and will work closely with you to match a special theme or particular bedding. I sent her a photo of a brown leopard quilt trimmed in pink that I just ordered from Company Store Kids for my 7-year-old’s room and she matched it PERFECTLY! I can’t wait to redo my daughter’s room.
Cara is now adding holiday items to the Oh So Spoiled store and will also be featuring mommy “sippy cups,” fun hand painted wine glasses. In addition to hand painted items for the home, she designs fun, beautiful holiday cards, birthday invitations, and other custom greeting cards.

The birthday banners. I LOVE this Christmas Card holder – such a great idea. People put so much effort in sending cards….I always have to display them and usually use a clothes line and clothespins….this is SO much better!!

I love the door hangers but instead of using them for baby announcements my girls would love them as identifiers for their rooms such as “KK’s room” for example. we call our youngest “little bug” so the ladybug would be cute for her.

I think that the Christmas Card holder is my favorite item, although everything she has is really cute!! I love this idea because my Christmas cards always end up on our breakfast bar counter and end up falling all over the place by the time the holidays are over.

Everything is so cute, but I especially like the door hangers. One example has my daughter’s name on it, so I really liked that one. I’ve been looking for the perfect Christmas card holder for years. This is the best one I’ve seen.
