I like to add one nice decorating item to our holiday stash every year after Christmas. I think sales were pretty great this year and a lot of retailers marked down Christmas decor early. The week before Christmas I noticed that Cracker Barrel already had marked down Christmas items 40 percent!
Today I ordered an LED pre-lit 24-inch wreath for our front door from Christmas Central.com To make things even better, I searched for an online sale code and found one for 20% off purchases (cachristmas.) My grand total with shipping was $32.49 for a wreath that originally sold for $89!
Late yesterday we hit Lowes to pick out a dishwasher and I noticed all their holiday decorations were pretty well gone at 6 p.m. Online shopping is my favorite way to shop after Christmas.
Orient Expressed has a wonderful sale going on right now. I love these vintage look holiday kitchen towels. I’m a sucker for vintage linens. They remind me of my mother’s impeccable taste during the holidays and all year. She’s the original Martha Stewart ya’ll.

I love these naughty or nice burlap stockings from Ballard Designs.
I also love this mini pre-lit Christmas tree from Dayspring. Thanks to Jessica at The Mom Creative, I found out about a 15 percent discount code, so this sweet tree would be an even sweeter deal!

Horchow has beautiful high-end items and I love these linen towels. They would be great to stock up on for gifts for 2010.
Pottery Barn Kids always has such cute things. I love this Santa tree topper, on clearance for $14.99. Wouldn’t he be great on a child’s tree in the play room or bonus room?

I love this snowman front doormat from Bed Bath & Beyond for just $4.99.
These digital frame ornaments from Exposures are pretty cute and they have been discounted to $18.99 from $49.99. I wasn’t truly sold on digital frames until I got one for Christmas from my mom! Their 2009 handpainted Christmas frame is also 50 percent off.

I love this colorful felt Advent calendar at Land of Nod marked 50 percent off at $19.95. I may have to order this as we don’t have one.

The Monogram Divas have this great Christmas drink tub on sale for $24.95.

Do you like to stock up on childrens’ holiday clothing for the following year? This Hartstrings nightgown for girls at Saks is adorable and is half price. Lime green is one of my favorite colors.

I love these Paula Deen holiday dishes on clearance at Target for just $19.98 (75 percent off!) The dessert plates are also pretty.

What great deals have you found after the holidays?

I haven’t been anywhere but Walgreens yet, and of course, a lot of their Christmas stuff is 50% off. That’s all I have to share, but I wanted to say I love the Santa tree topper, so thanks for letting us know!

I need an Advent calendar that isn’t filled with chocolate.
And that tree topper is very cute! Our stockings and tree skirt are all from PBK so I am sure that would match perfectly.
Drat! The Advent calendar is sold out already.
